2. With The help of GREENPATH / FDIC Credit Education we help Your familY by teaching you how to maintain you new positive score. ALTERNATIVE CREDIT is ACCEPTED.
3. Meet with your new Case Manager and when the time is right with Our Local Realtor and pick your Brand New Home.
4. This is a Tax Product and all Families must Legally File Taxes and be current with your taxes.

2. With The help of GreenPath/ FDIC Credit Education we help our families by repairing your credit and teach you how to maintain you new positive score.
3. Meet with your new Case Manager, Local Realtors and pick you Brand New home.
4. This is a Tax Product and all Families must Legally File Taxes when Appropriate

Our team of architects and designers have created a small scale model home. they are designed and built on Foundation. Our community/or scatter homes will provide technical advances to provide efficiency to any of our homes. This Program takes an Average of 12 to 24 Months to be placed in a New Construction Home. Preexisting Homes can Take 12 to 18 Months Depending on Construction/ Rehab.
